“There was 4 of us in a 2 beds room and they charged me extra $40.00. There was only 2 towels in the room and when I requested extra towels, our request was ignored. Management is terrible. Weddings were not fresh and they reused bedsheets from previous guess. I really want a refund of my stay.”

We received the automated VBRO message stating that we would receive check in information from our host on 23NOV25; however, we did not. The host did however respond almost immediately when we messaged the day prior to our check in. This house was stunning with the colors, furnishings and situation to the lake with all the windows. The fireplace gave a charming feel and we loved using it every single day. “Well they have you sign bunch of papers and you dont understand what he is saying to you since talks so fast and English not first language then take additional $100 from credit card that will be returned. They never returned mine for what reason I have none nor was I sent anything explaining why it wasn't returned. I did nothing but spend the night quietly by myself. ”
